To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects the following services - Redtail CRM and Redtail Email Services. Maintenance Start: Saturday, February 24th, 6:00 PM PST Maintenance End: Saturday, February 24th, 10:00 PM PST
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there could be brief periods of down-time for the services referenced above. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the weekend oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
