We are investigating an issue affecting Redtail CRM that may cause some users to experience general slowness, syncing issues in Retriever Cloud, and an inability to create free trials. Additionally, certain Redtail CRM downloads and bulk operations that are processed as background jobs may fail when generating custom exports, reports, labels, and other downloads that exceed the configured job-processing threshold.
Workaround Available Until a fix is available, users can avoid the issue with affected bulk operations by increasing the following setting to the maximum value of 500:
Preferences > Miscellaneous > Submit bulk operation to a job if selected contacts exceeds this threshold
Operations involving fewer contacts than the configured threshold should process successfully through the browser instead of the background job system.
