At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects Redtail's Hosted Email Services. Maintenance Start: Tuesday, August 15th, 8:00 PM PDT Maintenance End: Tuesday, August 15th, 11:00 PM PDT
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there may be intermittent connectivity when attempting to access to your Redtail-hosted mailbox, check your messages or send messages. You may also see a delay in receiving incoming mail but please rest assured that all incoming mail will be delivered. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
