At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be implementing updates to our internal infrastructure that affects Redtail's Hosted Email Services. Maintenance Start: Tuesday, December 10th, 7:00 PM PST Maintenance End: Wednesday, December 11th, 1:00 AM PST
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, users may experience delayed inbound emails and the inability to send emails due to the changes being implemented. Due to the off peak volumes, we anticipate the delays should resolve rather quickly once the maintenance window closes. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be working outside standard business hours. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
