On Monday, January 30th, customers experienced logging into their CRM and seeing data from anywhere from 1 week to 2 years ago due to a stale version of their data.
The temporary fix was to map customers back to their current version of data.
Permanent solution is to locate all versions of stale data and remove them.
Users were inadvertently mapped to a stale version of their data and in an attempt to correct the mistake, users were then mapped back to current version of their data.
The impact window was 11:30 PM PT until around 3:30 PM PT. The majority of clients were fixed by 7:30 AM PT
