Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the integration between Black Diamond and Redtail CRM. As a result, account data from Black Diamond may not be updating as expected, causing account balances and related information in Redtail CRM to appear outdated or incomplete.
This issue may affect multiple firms that use the Black Diamond account feed, including Black Diamond and Triad Advisors. Users may experience delayed account updates, which could impact account balances, reporting, and related workflows within Redtail CRM.
Our teams are actively working to restore normal processing and validate data synchronization. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
