At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects all products. Maintenance Start: Thursday, November 30th, 10:00 PM PDT Maintenance End: Friday, December 1st, 2:00 AM PDT
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there will a brief period of down-time. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. That said, there may be some slow delivery times for incoming mail during this time. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
