Scheduled - On Friday November 17th, Redtail Email will undergo maintenance to perform some essential upgrades between 8:00pm PDT Friday and 12:00am PDT Saturday, November 18th. During this service window, we do anticipate that you will be able to access your Redtail-hosted mailbox, check your messages or send messages. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. That said, there may be intermittent access or slow response times during this time. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. As you may have noticed, we prefer to schedule our maintenance window for late evening, as this is historically a low volume business period and provides the lowest impact to you the user.
