To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects the Redtail CRM and Retriever Cloud products.
Maintenance Start: Monday, September 9th, 10:00 PM PDT Maintenance End: Tuesday, September 10th, 2:00 AM PDT
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there could be brief periods of downtime for some users of Redtail CRM and Retriever Cloud. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the evening oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
