At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects part of Redtail's Hosted Email Services. Maintenance Start: Friday, March 15th, 9:00 PM PST Maintenance End: Saturday, March 16th, 1:00 AM PST
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there could be potential brief periods of down-time but we don't anticipate any real negative impact. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
