At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to our hosted email infrastructure. Maintenance Start: Tuesday, September 11th, 10:00 PM PDT Maintenance End: Wednesday, September 12th, 2:00 AM PDT
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, we do anticipate that you will be able to access your Redtail-hosted mailbox, check your messages or send messages. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. That said, there may be some slow delivery times for incoming mail during this time. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
