To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that supports Redtail CRM.
Maintenance Start: Tuesday, February 4th, 10:00 PM PDT Maintenance End: Wednesday, February 5th, 2:00 AM PDT
Estimated Customer Impacts: While unexpected during this service window, there could be brief periods of down-time for Redtail products and services. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the evening oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
