On Wednesday, February 8th, Redtail CRM (Tailwag interface) will undergo maintenance to perform an upgrade to our newest version ( 2.0 ). We anticipate that your accounts will be inaccessible at times during the scheduled maintenance. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues. That said, for several hours between 6:30pm PDT Wednesday and 2:00am PDT Thursday, February 9th, there may be intermittent access or slow response times. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. If you're burning that midnight oil, you may be addicted to our site. We care about your health and want to give you a break for a few hours. Thank you for your understanding during this time of progress.
