Scheduled - At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:

Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects Redtail's Hosted Email Services.
Maintenance Start: Thursday, May 16th, 7:30 PM PDT
Maintenance End: Thursday, May 16th, 8:30 PM PDT

Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there may be intermittent connectivity when attempting to access to your Redtail-hosted mailbox, check your messages or send messages. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be working outside standard business hours. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
