At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance: Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects workflow templates within the Redtail CRM.
Maintenance Start: Friday, May 14th, 6:00 PM PDT Maintenance End: Saturday, May 15th, 4:00 AM PDT
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there could be brief periods of down-time for all Redtail CRM workflow templates. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the evening oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
