On Friday, March 4th, Redtail CRM's Leapfrog Interface will undergo maintenance to perform some essential updates. We anticipate that your accounts will be accessible during the scheduled maintenance. However, with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. That said, for several hours between 10:00pm PDT Friday and 2:00am PDT Saturday, March 5th, there may be intermittent access or slow response times. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. As you may have noticed, we prefer to schedule our maintenance window for late evening, as this is historically a low volume business period and provides the lowest impact to you the user.
