At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine network maintenance to our Data Center infrastructure. Maintenance Start: Wednesday, May 30th, 10:00 PM PST Maintenance End: Thursday, May 31st, 2:00 AM PST
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, we do anticipate that you will be able to access your Redtail services and accounts. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. That said, there may be some latency or intermittent impact to access experienced by some users.
We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
