At Redtail, we understand that our customers rely on Redtail’s services to enable seamless access to the tools needed for your day-to-day operations, allowing you to work where you want. To ensure we continue to provide this best-in-class service to customers, we have scheduled the following maintenance:
Maintenance Details Purpose: We will be performing routine maintenance to infrastructure that affects our Hosted Email Services. Maintenance Start: Thursday, November 29th, 10:00 PM EST Maintenance End: Friday, November 9th, 2:00 AM EST
Estimated Customer Impacts: During this service window, there is a possible brief period of down-time for all hosted mailboxes. Please note that with any maintenance, there is the possibility of unexpected issues that could arise. That said, there may be some slow delivery times for incoming mail during this time. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers working late hours on this day. That said, we sincerely apologize for any negative impact these updates may cause.
