On Saturday, May 16, 2015, Redtail's CRM will undergo maintenance to perform some needed service on a Redtail CRM related server. We anticipate that your accounts will be inaccessible for a few hours between 10:00pm Saturday and 4:00am PDT Sunday, May 17th. During this service window, some users will not be able to access their Redtail CRM accounts. We understand that this may pose a small inconvenience to some subscribers, but please rest assured that your service will be up and running as normal after the maintenance has been completed. We scheduled this maintenance window for late at night, as this is historically a low volume access period.
