On Friday October 13th, Redtail Email will undergo maintenance to perform some essential upgrades to the Zimbra platform. We anticipate that your accounts will be inaccessible for several hours between 10:00pm PDT Friday and 4:00am PDT Saturday, October 14th. During this service window, you will not be able to access your Redtail-hosted mailbox, check your messages or send messages. We understand that this may pose an inconvenience to some subscribers who may be burning the midnight oil. As you may have noticed, we prefer to schedule our maintenance window for late evening, as this is historically a low volume business period and provides the lowest impact to you the user.
